We are not a mass employer of security guards but instead recruit, select, and train only those individuals whose orientation and motivation are in congruence with our Mission Statement. 

All Armed Guardian Security armed security guards are retired New Jersey Law Enforcement Officers with at least 20 years of experience. These guards bring with them decades worth of real-world experience. Over their careers these guards will have had extensive, but different trainings and education. All the guards will have been instructed annually in the New Jersey Attorney General’s Use-of-Force guidelines and have been required to have qualified with their pistols bi-annually throughout their careers. 

All Armed Guardian Security unarmed guards are recruited based on maturity, life experience and dedication to keeping people safe. They receive additional training in the observation/detection of suspicious activities and persons, when and how to contact the police, de-escalation, customer service, how to work in concert with armed guards, and how to work in concert with police or other emergency services.
