Our company was founded by Barry Hodges, a retired New Jersey State Trooper and Joseph Matthews, a retired Maple Shade police officer. Both owners are licensed by the State of New Jersey as SORA Instructors and are permitted to conduct initial and refresher training courses for both Armed and Unarmed Security Officers. Both owners are firearms instructors and have experience instructing police officers in various disciplines.
